BY PARTICIPATING IN THE K12 Strider Keychain Plush (“Giveaway”), EACH PARTICIPANT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT THEY MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS DETAILED WITHIN THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT FAILURE TO MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. ENTRY CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ALL ENTRIES (INCLUDING ALL SUBMITTED AND WINNING PROPOSALS) AND REQUESTS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF STRIDE, INC. (THE “SPONSOR” or “K12”).

The Giveaway begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on July 21st, 2026, and will close at 11:59 PM (ET) on July 28th, 2026. All entries must be received by July 28th, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors (collectively, “Giveaway Entities”), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period (July 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET through July 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET), an eligible participant may enter via Instagram by liking and commenting on the official giveaway post published on July 21, 2026 on the @k12learn Instagram account and following the @k12learn Instagram account at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection. Limit one (1) entry per person per platform. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. For the purposes of these Official Rules, receipt of an entry occurs when Sponsor’s server (or Website) records the entry information. Once you submit your entry, your submission is final and may not be modified or edited. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of entry) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor for purposes of these Official Rules. Participants are subject to all notices posted on Sponsor’s Website, including, but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

All entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM (ET) on July 28th, 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be part of the Giveaway and not be eligible to win.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.

GIVEAWAY PRIZE: There will be ten prize winners on Instagram who each will receive 1 Strider Plush Keychain, with an approximate retail value of $5.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected at random on July 29th, 2026, from among all eligible entries. Instagram winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram from the @k12learn account. Winners must confirm receipt of the notification and provide their first and last name and valid shipping address within three (3) calendar days of the initial notification. If a selected winner does not respond within this period, fails to provide the required information, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise cannot accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be awarded within thirty (30) days after winner verification. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-assignable or transferable except to a surviving spouse. No substitutions are permitted; however, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or portion of a prize, with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all associated parties make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding any prize. Winners are responsible for any federal, state, local, or income taxes associated with acceptance of the prize, and any incidental expenses not expressly specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNERS LIST: The names of the winners will be available after July 29th, 2026. The winners’ names will be posted on the original promotional post published on July 21st, 2026, on the applicable platform. For Instagram, the post will appear on the @k12learn account. The winners’ names will be disclosed in the caption or comment section of the original post.
